We have new installation and I am in the process of configuring WMS. I cannot for the life of me though get VNC to work. All the settings are set but it will not respond to 5900. If I try to telnet to the endpoints IP at port 5900, I get a connection failed. Any ideas? https://imgur.com/a/rNlNuH3
The firmware we are on is 8.5_20

December 11, 2018 at 11:21 am #48390That looks correct.
Sure there is no firewall blocking?CG
December 11, 2018 at 4:30 pm #48402Bummer, yeah there are 0 firewalls in between those devices.
December 11, 2018 at 5:37 pm #48405Habe you tried any other standalone VNC viewer?
CG
December 11, 2018 at 5:45 pm #48408Yes i have unfortunately, it just doesn’t respond. If I try testing via telnet I get no response on port 5900.
December 11, 2018 at 9:16 pm #48411Sorry you are having trouble – I verified with a 5060 AIO on 8.5_20 and vnc works for me so we can probably exonerate the firmware…
