We have new installation and I am in the process of configuring WMS. I cannot for the life of me though get VNC to work. All the settings are set but it will not respond to 5900. If I try to telnet to the endpoints IP at port 5900, I get a connection failed. Any ideas? https://imgur.com/a/rNlNuH3

The firmware we are on is 8.5_20

    Which settings have you set?
    Post your wms.ini
    Typically the password is missing.

    That looks correct.
Sure there is no firewall blocking?

Sorry you are having trouble – I verified with a 5060 AIO on 8.5_20 and vnc works for me so we can probably exonerate the firmware…
