I’m currently testing a Wyse 3040 with Citrix Workspace mode (xenapp), and I’ve had troubles with the taskbar randomly disappearing during the session. I’ll be in the middle of typing up an email, for example, and the taskbar will disappear and my typing input will stop. I then drag my mouse to the bottom of the screen and the taskbar will reappear. It will then let me continue typing.

Any difference in using Workspace or not using it?

The Windows taskbar is not in my session. I’m referring to the Wyse Taskbar Using Workspace mode.
I’m using Classic mode, as I believe there is an issue using Modern with Workspace Mode?
Have you played with the Floatbar’s settings in WMS/local Admin Policy tool?

Where do I find those settings in WMS? I’m not seeing anything on Floatbar?
@nstaab : You can find some settings for the floatbar in WMS under ThiOS 9.x Policies > Advanced > Personalization > User Experience Settings.
I’m not using those settings as Citrix Workspace mode does not work when selecting Modern.
Anyone know if there is any way to “pin” the taskbar. Right now when a user launches an application, the taskbar is hidden by the application.
