    We just use Citrix connections with the zero launchpad. Since update to firmware 8.6_013 there is a ‘* default rdp’ connection pinned to the toolbar.

    How can i get rid of this connection? Our users should not be able to to any rdp-connection but should use the toolbar for different hdx-connections.

    Add
    EnableLocal=no HideDefault=yes
    to your wnos.ini or the Advanced section in WMS.

    Hello

    I’ve quite the same issue since upgrading one of my Dell Wyse3040 to ThinOS 8.6_013 : there’s a “Default RDP” icon on the user ThinOS desktop (my users can’t access to the toolbar, they got only some app icons on the desktop)

    So I’ve tried to add the line “EnableLocal=no HideDefault=yes” in the Advanced section in WMS, but the icon is still there…

    Any idea ?

    Thank you

    Post a screenshot of your Advanced section. There has to be something wrong as this works fine.
    Also post your wms.ini which can be found locally on the client under Start-System Tools.

    Hello, or Bonjour !

    I’ve created a new “test” group in WMS, with no configuration at all, except the line “EnableLocal=no HideDefault=yes”, and it worked, the RDP icon wasn’t there !

    I then put back my Wyse in his previous configured group, and it worked too ! No RDP icon !

    Don’t know what happened. It looks like the Wyse needed to erase his local conf and recharge it totally ?

    So thanks again Confgen for the tips !
