8.4_108 upgrade errors

    So we are not starting to do a quarterly firmware updates, we are going from 8.3_109 to 8.4_108. Deployed it to 250 for testing, out of those devices, i got bout 10-15 that are getting Citrix sign on Failed.

    If i factory reset the device, it will work for a few days to a few weeks, but then comes back. If i down grade it back to 8.3_109, it get the error still until is it factory reset again, but then it doesnt have any issues.

    I pulled the event log and i get some interning errors. Below is the error, any thoughts on it.

     

    13:48:09 Invalid statement: Username
    13:48:09 Contacting SNTP [x.x.x.x] …
    13:48:31 SF: no memory, clean storefront old Icons…

    Please try 8.4_112 or even better 8.5_009

    I know that I should never ask for firmware but our devices won’t register in dell digital locker and I really want to update our devices to 8.5 version. Is there any official way that I can get it?

    You do not have to register you clients but buy ThinOS maintenance. After that you get access to the firmware in Digital Locker.
