We have several 5470 laptops (9.1.2101) that consistently lose their WMS configuration. They are on Wifi and appear to keep their IP address as we can usually still remote into them via VNC. Once we manually enter the WMS information, they get their config and work as expected. Is there a way to avoid this issue by caching the config? We are using WMS 3.2.
We do not see this issue on our 5040 AIO and 5010 running 8.6_710.
Typically, clients will directly cache their config once received it. It will be stored locally and used if no configuration can be read in on next boot.
Are your clients losing their configs while working or after a reboot?
Could it be possible that the users are accidentally resetting the clients?

As always, thanks for the reply.
The clients are losing their configs while working. A lot of times the thin client will lose its configuration while just sitting there idle.
We do not give our users admin rights to admin mode, so I do not think it is the case that they are resetting the laptop. Unless there is some other way that I am not familiar with.
