3040 thinos 9.1.21 cannot connect with Horizon UAG

    Hi all,

     

    We have an issue with our DELL 3040 with ThinOs 9.1.21.

    We upgrade some WMS from ThinOs8.6 to ThinOs 9.1.21

    Since the upgrade we have this issue : the connection with Horizon UAG is still pending with message –> waiting broker connection.

    This appear right after MFA validation.

     

    Working

    DELL3040 ThinOs 9.1.21 on lan connection : OK

    DELL3040 ThinOs 8.6 with wmi (FTP) configuration on lan connection : OK

    DELL3040 ThinOs 8.6 through UAG : OK

     

    Not working

    DELL3040 ThinOs 9.1.21 through UAG : NOK

     

    We don’t think that the problem comes from VMWare UAG

     

    If anybody have any clue, you’re welcome.

    There may be a fix, test on a single device upgrading to ThinOS 9.1 to ThinOS 9.1.3129 located at http://www.dell.com/support. Also, make sure to get the latest ThinOS 9.1.3112 VMware Horizon package.

    Another thing to check is certificates and the security level of access.
