    When configuring auto shutdown in wnos.ini (AutoSignoff=yes Shutdown=yes Shutdowncounter=0 ShutDown=turnoff), the device does not power off after shutdown. We have to press the Power Button for five seconds, so that the device really powers off and then we can power it on again. When shutting down manually within WTOS, it turns off like expected. Is this a known bug?

    Firmware version is OS_Web_v8.5_B012_3040_PCoIP_ENG.

    Please have a look in the bios.

    Perhaps auto power on is configured.

    I opened a support case at Dell. They will release a new firmware version this or next month where this issue will be fixed.

    As a workaround, you can disable the WLAN adapter in the BIOS settings. Then the device will power off as expected.

    I have now the same problem, which started when using the latest 8.6_013.
    Even Disabling WiFi in the BIOS didn’t help.
    What is special, sometimes it’s working to make a shutdown, but most of the time the Device just makes a reboot.

    AutoSignoff=yes Shutdown=yes
    Shutdowncounter=0 Unit=second
    ShutDown=turnoff

    Bios is 1.2.5 (latest)

    Additional Note:
    The 3030LT with same Firmware Version & same wnos.ini do not have this behaviour.
