Tagged: 3010 t50
Hello,
I have a Wyse 3010 T50 which I managed to restore to factory settings with the image you have posted here: https://technicalhelp.de/topic/t50-firmware-where-to-find-dell-wyse-enhanced-ubuntu-linux-mr5-and-others/
It now reads:
Build: 20120203-0_U-1.041
Ubuntu: Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS
OS Version: 2.6.32-217-hedley
BIOS: W7.0_218-EC_PVT0.2
Is there any newer version of ThinLinux for this device? If not, can I somehow update its packages – VNC in particular?
Can I install a new version of ThinOS on it instead?
I tried installing Wyse Management Suite on Windows 10 Pro but it said it “doesn’t suport this version of the operating system”.
Thank you very much for this website!
1.041 is the latest one.
Conversion to ThinOS is not possible.
