I solved my issue, after a support call with Wyse.

My summary here is:
RemoteFX USB is NOT working with V10LE devices (even I thought this is just marketing bla from Dell/Wyse). I just got RemoteFX USB working on a Windows Server 2012 R2 (Remote Desktop Session Host – RDSH), not on our Windows 2008 R2 Terminal Server.

I extra bought an R10L Terminal just for this issue and with exactly the same wnos.ini the RemoteFX USB is working on R10L but not on a V10LE device.

In a lot of MS articles it is said you have to use a Hyper-V System to use RemoteFX. Our Servers are all on Linux KVM virtualization and I got the Win 2012 R2 system working fine with RFX USB.
