Hi Joe,

There are 2 important hotfixes to be applied before installing on W2K3 SP1, have a look at this build doc:

You will need to send an email to Wyse support to get the hotfixes mentioned in the doc. A new version of Rapport will be out soon that has these fixes in built I hear,
