Yes, I noticed it on the Xenith device just the other day.

Now, I also read this:

AutoPower={yes, no} Control how the system starts when the power is first applied to the unit. If it is
set, the system starts itself up without waiting for users to press the power button.
If set to yes it will be saved into NVRAM. This setting is useful in a kiosk
environment. For callisto platform, use BIOS value instead default value.

Which is not the way it used to work. Not sure if this is a good thing yet or not or if it really does work this way. I will be testing today.
