Sorry for late response.

tested this by putting in the global ini but the hserver lookup continues.

the terminals are s10 with firmware 6.5.0_47. it appears the terminals dont re read the global ini only after a factory reset?!?!?

any more suggests please

I am also experienced with Citrix, VMware, Microsoft, iGel, Stratodesk, and other cloud-based solutions and Client management suites to include Dell Client Command Suite, SCCM, Intune and WorkspaceOne.
