You do not have Permission, normally means the windows account you are logged in as, hasn’t been granted permissions to access the WDM GUI. These permissions are assigned from within the WDM GUI. The User account that installed WDM would have been granted Admin rights and can add your account to the user list.

Fortunately, this means that the SQL changes indicated in the previous post shouldn’t be needed, as its accessign the Database fine, but doesn’t recognize your account as authorized to open the GUI.
