I tried contacting Dell on this matter and they effectively gave me the finger and told me to pay for WMS Pro Support to proceed further 🙂 We are on 4.0.0.526 with all of the latest hotfixes and attempting to stair step to 4.1.0.536. No dice. The Dell rep suggested building a new server and migrating all of our Data over if we didn’t want to buy a Pro license.
