It’s not exactly clear if all settings are relevant but please find my setup
– Audio playback quality : High quality (This is counter-intuitive but it seems that High quality requires less CPU as there is less compression. I noticed audio lag when using Low quality)
You may disable all “fair share” options of Windows server, which seems to throttle even when not necessary.
