I have compared our central storefront servers (where I don’t have the issue) with the branch storefront servers (where I have the issue).
I checked the session settings in storefront gui as well as the web.config files. Settings are the same. Also checked the IIS config, but cannot see any difference.
The only difference is that the central Storefront servers are configured for Netscaler access and load balanced with an internal loadbalancer.
