I would do the following:

  • Install ThinOS 2205 (9.3.1129) Zoom Citrix package v5.9.6.20931.7
  • In your policy: Citrix Session Settings:UC Virtual Channel Settings – turn on Zoom Meetings Optimization
  • Again in your policy: Peripheral Management:Camera – make sure it is enabled
