I have the same problem. I’m using WMS 3.5.2.16 and once the thin clients are assigned to a group, I get the N/A in the “Last User” field for all devices in the group. What is odd is that if they are in the unassigned group the usernames show up. We are using Citrix in Workspace mode.

Client ThinOS (9.1.6108)

Any ideas?
