There may be a fix, test on a single device upgrading to ThinOS 9.1 to ThinOS 9.1.3129 located at http://www.dell.com/support. Also, make sure to get the latest ThinOS 9.1.3112 VMware Horizon package.
Another thing to check is certificates and the security level of access.
